I keep expecting Henry Turley to say, "Clap your hands if you believe in fairies!"
(Not that there's anything wrong with that...)
Fairgrounds needs to be an economic/entreprenurial epicenter for the local surrounding communities. Something that the city council can rally behind. Something that put's Memphis at the forefront of developing businesses that pour the wealth and the local jobs back into communities. Anything less just seems really bland and lifeless.
