The Riches of Cooper-Young: Cause 1

The fewer boundaries there are that separate citizens, the better, because creativity thrives when people encounter one another from different parts of society...Variety of housing cost is part of the reason Cooper-Young has become a viral, creative, rich Memphis neighborhood. It trends towards Memphis affordable. It blends socially and economically with nearby neighborhoods. No one is out of place in Cooper-Young.

And part of the reason that South Main is not-so-vital is its lack of that variety. (One suggested solution.)
